Owner/ Orthomolecular Nutritionist
My name is Cassandra Griffiths and I have been working in the Natural Health World for 5 years now, but it is more than a job to me, it is a way of life. I created Living Holistic in hopes to educate, inspire, and get you excited about healthier options you can make for overall well being.
To understand my qualifications please read my post about ORTHOMOLECULAR NUTRITION. It is important to note that Orthomolecular Nutrition does not claim to heal or treat disease, it is merely an addition to health services given by your doctor. I am NOT a Doctor or Naturopath and I strongly encourage you to keep your Doctor updated with any new routines added to your health regime.

How We Got Started
Living Holistic started with a five year dream inside one young woman's head before finally, there was courage to say it out loud. Months later with a ton of planning and researching (not to mention pages of pages of ideas all over the living room), Living Holistic had a plan in place. With the amazing help of Venture Norfolk, Living Holistic went from a dream, to a story on paper, to reality. In January 2020 we received the keys to 47 Robinson Street, and the fun really began!
